Services

Pillar Lab Services provides mobile DNA and drug testing services. All testing is performed by certified collectors and processed through accredited laboratories. Results are provided for informational or legal purposes as applicable.

Appointment Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled by phone. We make every effort to accommodate your preferred time and location. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Test Results

While we strive for accuracy, test results are processed by third-party laboratories. Pillar Lab Services is not responsible for laboratory errors or delays. Results are typically available within 2-3 business days but may take longer in some cases.

Limitation of Liability

Pillar Lab Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
